She has a degree in History, Archaeology variant (1997-2002), a post-graduation in Museology (2002-2003) and a Master in Archaeology (2009-2012) from FLUP. As an archaeologist she has collaborated with several companies in various locations in the north of the country and performed the same duties in the Local Technical Office of the Historical Center of the city of Penafiel, between 2005 and 2007. She belongs to the CITCEM’s research group and, since 2009, she is a curator and archaeologist at the Penafiel Municipal Museum, with interest in the areas of urban evolution and rehabilitation and architectural archaeology, allied to documentary research in archival sources, and has several publications on the same themes.
